At Opal Psychological, we want our clinicians focused on what they do best: providing exceptional care to clients. We provide referrals, administrative support, billing infrastructure, marketing, and a collaborative professional environment — so you can spend more time doing meaningful clinical work, and less time managing the logistics of a practice.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation — 60% fee-split in your favor on every session, with per-session pay ranging from approximately $51–$150 depending on payer mix.

What We're Looking For
Active California Psychologist license (or license-eligible within a short timeframe)
Experience with CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, CPT, CBT-I, or other empirically supported approaches
Commitment to inclusive, identity-affirming, culturally responsive care
A psychologist who values teamwork, consultation, and a positive, supportive culture
Comfortable with EHR systems, telehealth platforms, Google Workspace, and practice management software
