Dr. Alina Mraz (she/her) is a licensed clinical psychologist who earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, San Diego. She completed her APA accredited internship at Sharp Mesa Vista, and postdoctoral fellowship at the Forensic Assessment Institute of Southern California. 

She provides therapy to those seeking an authentic and compassionate provider. She has clinical expertise in helping individuals who are overwhelmed with intense emotion learn to manage their distress in an adaptive and meaningful way. Her experience includes working with individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, suicidal ideation, self-injurious behavior, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and general life transition difficulties. She has extensive experience supporting adolescents and young adults navigate mental health and life-transition related challenges.

Dr. Mraz is passionate about providing compassionate and person-centered care. She deeply values authenticity and aims to create a space which is filled less with stereotypical therapeutic jargon and more-so focused on true human connection. She strives to assist others in building a life worth living filled with resilience, hope, and acceptance through evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Outside of the therapy room, Dr. Mraz is a proud SDSU alumni and deeply enjoys reading, coffee, going to the beach, spending time with her dog, Rey, and connecting with loved ones.
