Hello, I’m Delia! I am the Operations and Client Care Coordinator for Opal Psychological. I am passionate about creating a supportive experience for all clients from the start. With over three years of experience in care coordination and through my own mental health journey, I understand that starting therapy can be daunting and that the first contact is a meaningful step in the process. My goal is to make you feel truly supported in those first steps and throughout your mental health journey. I am here to assist with scheduling, intake coordination, client portal questions, and creating a welcoming and warm environment when you visit our space. I believe in the importance of creating a space for everyone to feel safe and supported and am passionate about a practice that is inclusive, accessible, and specifically tailored for each unique individual.

Outside of Opal, I am a theatre and performance art lover and often act in plays and musicals around San Diego. I am also an active board member of Riot Productions and a member of Camino23, a Latinx actors cohort. On weekends, I enjoy tennis with my family, practicing yoga, and paddle boarding. I love spending time by the ocean and having bonfires with friends. I adore playing chase with my dog, Pavi, and ending a long day with his cuddles.
