Who We Are

Individualized Care Starts With Understanding the Person.

OPAL Psychological is a boutique group practice providing individualized, evidence-based psychological care. Our clinicians bring distinct areas of expertise, allowing us to consider each person’s needs, goals, and circumstances when exploring an appropriate therapeutic fit.

Individualized

We focus on the individual, not a one-size-fits-all treatment model.

Evidence-Based

Our clinicians draw on established psychological approaches and tailor treatment to each person’s presentation and goals.

Human-Centered

We aim to make the experience approachable, respectful, and supportive, beginning with the first interaction.

Where OPAL May Be a Resource

Supporting the Next Appropriate Step in Care.

Transitions between levels of care benefit from thoughtful consideration. For individuals who are clinically appropriate for traditional outpatient therapy, OPAL may offer continued individual psychological support focused on maintaining progress, applying skills, and addressing longer-term therapeutic goals.

Higher-Level SupportTransition PlanningOutpatient Care

OPAL provides outpatient psychotherapy only. We do not offer PHP, IOP, residential, crisis, or emergency services.

OPAL may be a resource for:

  • Individuals transitioning into ongoing outpatient psychotherapy
  • Adolescents meeting an OPAL clinician’s age range and clinical scope
  • Young adults navigating major transitions
  • Adults and caregivers seeking individual psychological support
  • Anxiety, stress, and mood-related concerns
  • ADHD, emotional regulation, and executive-functioning support
  • Trauma-informed care, when clinically appropriate
  • Athletes, students, and high-performing individuals

All referrals are considered individually based on clinical needs, level of care, age eligibility, clinician expertise, and availability.

The OPAL Experience

A Thoughtful Experience, From the First Conversation.

We believe the experience of seeking care matters. Our Patient Care Team helps prospective clients navigate their questions, understand available options, and explore an appropriate clinician match. Our goal is to make each interaction clear, respectful, and supportive.

We Listen

Our team begins by understanding the individual’s needs, goals, preferences, and questions.

We Explore the Fit

We consider clinician expertise, clinical appropriateness, availability, insurance participation, and treatment needs.

We Help With the Next Step

When appropriate, our team explains consultation and scheduling options and helps individuals understand the process of beginning care.

Good clinical care and thoughtful communication belong together.
